Aaron Heick
Reed 2 - Oboe / English Horn / Tenor Sax
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Aaron is a freelance musician currently living in New York City. Primarily a saxophonist but also specializing in many other woodwind instruments, Aaron has made a career of traveling through a diverse range of musical styles. An active member of the New York studio scene, he is heard on many recordings, movie & television sound tracks.
In the Spring of 2012, Aaron was asked to become a permanent member of The CBS Orchestra, the house band for The Late Show with David Letterman, an honor he was proud to hold until the show ended in the Spring of 2015. Other highlights of Aaron’s career include working with Sting as a featured soloist on the Symphonicities project, with Chaka Khan who he toured and recorded with throughout the 90’s, U.S. & European tours with Barbra Streisand, and being a member of a band led by Cameroonian singer/bassist, Richard Bona with whom he toured regularly throughout Europe, The U.S., Asia and Africa for a period of 8 years.
Other highlights include performances and recordings with Paul Simon, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Bruce Springsteen, Frank Sinatra, Carly Simon, Donald Fagen, James Taylor, Billy Joel, Seal, Lenny Kravitz, Panic! At The Disco, Sheryl Crow, Suzanne Vega, Vonda Shepard, Cyndi Lauper, Audra McDonald, Vanessa Williams, Barry Manilow, Boz Skaggs, Christopher Cross, Ben E. King, Bobby Caldwell, Phillip Glass, The New York Philharmonic, New York City Ballet, The Philadelphia Orchestra, Steps Ahead, The Manhattan Transfer, Ray Barretto, and The Caribbean Jazz Project.
Erin Paul Ozolins
French Horn
Erin Paul Ozolins is a New York based French hornist, known for a versatile performance career and as a co-founder of Calliope Brass.
With a mantra of “have horn, will travel,” Erin’s diverse résumé includes Broadway, Carnegie Hall, the Las Vegas Strip, barns in France, historic theaters in Eastern Europe, and with major artists including Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban, and Marie Osmund. As a classical artist, she has appeared with the Sarajevo Philharmonic, Opera Tampa, Las Vegas Philharmonic, Palm Beach Symphony, Florida Grand Opera, and the New Haven Symphony.
Erin’s artistic flagship project is Calliope Brass: a nonprofit ensemble that presents innovative and exciting performances for all ages. Since its founding in 2015, the quintet continues to commission composers both established and new, along with collaborating with creatives from disparate genres and disciplines. She also produced and hosted the podcast Doublers, highlighting musicians with secondary careers in other fields. In addition to her horn playing career, Erin also works in operations for a software company.

Originally from Liverpool and living Stateside since 2002, Jago has been a professional musician since 1993. Working in the Los Angeles and New York City music scenes (after stops in London and Las Vegas), he has spent his career performing original material with singer-songwriters, touring with major artists, and recording tracks in the studio. Jago’s musical journey has taken him all over the globe.
As a session musician, Jago’s tour credits include Neil Diamond (taking over from Ron Tutt on the 50th Anniversary Tour), Boy George, China Crisis, The Calling, Barclay James Harvest, The Alan Cumming Band, Gregg Wright, Philip Sayce, and more. Along with Matt Deacon, he makes up The Bob Lazar Story, a progressive math rock duo creating music for the sci-fi nerds among us. Also Aloud, an LA-based Indie Band.
In the world of theatre, Jago helped launch the Los Angeles production of Wicked in 2007 and continues to be a part of the Wicked family today. Also, Wicked: One Wonderful Night NBC Special, Kinky Boots at the Hollywood Bowl, Rent Live for Fox Live, Jesus Christ Superstar at the Hollywood Bowl with Cynthia Erivo & Adam Lambert, Hedwig and the Angry Inch in London’s West End and Edinburgh Festival. He’s also toured with Disney’s Frozen, Wicked, and originated Taboo with Boy George on the West End and Broadway, also recording Cast Albums for both the UK and US productions.
Jago currently plays in The Great Gatsby, a Broadway show he originated. And in recent years Jago has helped to bring new productions like Paradise Square and Shucked to Broadway and beyond. He continues to work with, and forever grateful to the great Jason Howland (Gatsby/Shucked/Paradise Square composer) as whatever he creates, Jago gets happily dragged along!
Jago continues to perform live with Alan Cumming and Meow Meow nationwide whenever needed. Jago will also be joining Howland again for the 2026 Macy’s July 4th Firework Spectacular celebrating the 250th of America, Live on NBC.
When he’s not on the road or at The Great Gatsby, Jago owns and operates Shabby Road Studios in Woodland Hills, CA, his own studio where he continues to work with some of the best talent in the industry.
